Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and prepare formal commercial tender bids and quotations.
• Monitor client adverts for expressions of interest and follow up promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with the commercial team, working closely with key individuals.
• Maintain a weekly update of all tender enquiries and bids and produce reports to management where required.
• Obtain subcontract quotations and calculate rates from first principles using management account data.
• Analyse data regularly and raise any queries or anomalies.
• Suggest new process ideas or continuous improvements.
