We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator where you will be part of the administrative team working on our Reception whilst offering administrative support to other areas of the business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and directing calls to the relevant department
  • Receipt of any post or parcels and distributing them accordingly
  • Administrative duties supporting our accounts department where required
  • Inputting information onto our internal database
  • Filing
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Ad hoc admin support to other departments where required
