We process information received from our clients and prospective clients, in addition to members of the public. about career opportunities and also take enquiries from other businesses and members of the public. These records may include:
- Basic details to allow us to provide a quotation of a service, such as name, address, and contact number.
- Records of contact we have had with the client or candidate.
- Complaint records.
- Recruitment information

Sometimes we may need to share the personal data of our end customers/ clients’ or candidates to subsidiary companies to allow for completion of contracts or the resolution of queries and/ or complaints.
